Shipping policy

At The Party Stop, we are committed to processing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. If you have a time sensitive order please contact our team on 02 6885 6188 to discuss before placing. We strive to ensure a fast and efficient delivery process, so you can enjoy your party supplies without delay.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

We currently use Australia Post for all online orders unless specified otherwise. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be picked and dispatched.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Local Dubbo deliveries with a 10km radius of Dubbo CBD are available on request. Please choose this option at checkout and add additional delivery details in comment section.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and collect orders are welcomed. Please allow up to 24hrs from the start of the next business day to pick up the goods (this includes orders for inflations). IMPORTANT NOTE: Latex helium balloons will last approximately 2-3 days and foil helium balloons up to 7 days. Please ensure your collection date and time specified is as close to your event/function.
