The Party Stop strive to get your order out in a timely manner. Placement of orders between Mon – Fri will be despatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and the same process applies.
How We Deliver
From despatch, transit times vary depending on upon freight method selected and your location. If unsure about the transit times please phone to confirm with our team.
Pick up orders are welcomed and please allow up to 24hrs from start of next business day to pick up the goods (this includes orders for inflations). Payment options for your order at check out are credit card, direct deposit and payment on pick up. Please note that Direct Deposit payments the funds must be cleared before dispatch of the order. The product lines are despatched from our Dubbo store and once logged in, you can view if the product is in stock or available to back order.
If you are wishing to purchase an item that is out of stock please contact our customer service team for an in stock date.
Pick Up
Pick up is also available. At the checkout page please nominate this option and allow at least 24hrs from placing the order to pick up the goods (this includes orders with inflations).
